MEET DR. VIVI
Dr. Aviva Alyeshmerni, known by her patients as Dr. Vivi, graduated with honors in Biological Sciences from Stanford University in 1998. While working towards her Masters degree in 1999, Dr. Vivi investigated hormonal effects on neurodegenerative processes at the Stanford School of Medicine. Dr. Vivi then spent two years teaching AP Biology and coaching Cross Country Running at Crossroads High School in Santa Monica, California. In 2005, Dr. Vivi graduated from New York University’s affiliated medical school program at Tel Aviv University, Israel. After returning to the University of California, Irvine, to complete her Pediatric Residency, Dr. Vivi spent six months working and carrying out research at the Orthopedic Surgical Hospital of Los Angeles. Since 2009, while working in Orange County, Dr. Vivi has been applying her experiences in Sports Medicine as she pursues her passion for pediatrics.

Dr. Vivi is simply the BEST. Prior to finding her I felt rushed in my son’s appointments and was not receiving the care I wanted and needed. Switching to Dr. Vivi has been the best decision I have ever made. You will not find a more caring and knowledgeable doctor. My son was becoming increasingly fussy with screaming episodes that were evident he was in pain. Dr. Vivi began to treat my son like he was one of her own right from the start. She stood by me the whole time we were trying to figure out what was going on with him. Without her attention to detail and expertise, his diagnosis would have taken much longer. The ER doctor and previous pediatrician had told me it was just colic. Dr. Vivi knew something was not right and was determined to get to the bottom of it.
Dr. Vivi is the best pediatric physician! We have seen a few others in the past, and she just tops the list! We are able to get in quickly and efficiently with very short wait times! The office staff are so friendly, especially Alex! Dr. Vivi is so caring and passionate! 5 stars
Dr. Vivi is an absolutely amazing doctor and person. She takes so much time getting to know her patients and really, truly cares about their well-being and healing process. She is so understanding, supportive and kind. We know our daughter is in the best of care with Dr. Vivi!

Working with Dr. Vivi has been nothing short of amazing. First of all, her dedication to her patients is truly to be admired. She has a fun and playful bedside manner and cares deeply for the health of her patients. Because she is a concierge practice, she is quick cell phone call away … and her response time is amazing!
Secondly, she is so committed to uncovering the root causes of health challenges, she is a breath of fresh air! In the case of our 5-year-old son, she immediately went to work to understand why he was having bronchial colds every 14 days for years. Within a week of working with Dr. Vivi, after she ran an extensive panel of blood work, we found out he has a severe dust mite allergy … and boom, after following her recommended protocol, our son didn’t have another bronchial cold for 6 months. This has been life-changing for us.
She has continued to impress me with her health articles and advice. And she also is very committed to encouraging parents and kids to take proactive steps to supplement our health with the proper nutrients and vitamins. She has just been a wealth of information and truly a partner to me and my family. We feel so blessed!!!
Dr. Vivi is the best of the best when it comes to pediatric doctors! She was so amazing and instrumental in our daughter recovering from illness last year! She was extremely supportive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. We love Dr. Vivi and her amazing staff!
She has been such an amazing and tremendous help to my family. I can honestly say, having switched to her after having been to “regular” doctors has given us some overdue clarity on a number of health issues. Dr. Vivi is an amazing pediatrician. She truly cares about her patients and their well-being. She is well-researched and very knowledgeable about all matters related to pediatrics, and I trust her implicitly. She is one of the few doctors who really take their time and ask questions. Dr. Alyeshmerni is a consummate professional. She was our twins’ first & best pediatrician. We have had three doctors since they have been born, and none took as much care and attention to their health needs. She gave sound, common sense advice and went above and beyond of what a typical doctor did. Her degrees are impressive, but more importantly, her bedside manner was a function of her natural caring persona. She is the kind of doctor that your kids will use when it comes time for them to be parents.

My sixteen-year-old daughter was seen by Dr.Vivi about an upper respiratory infection that had gone on for more than three weeks. The dr. listened to my daughter and made a plan with her and put her on meds finally. My daughter told me she clicked with her right away.
